Learn how to install the IndexPilot Wordpress Plugin to automatically sync AI articles to your Wordpress site.
Setup Instructions
1. Install the WordPress Plugin
Install the IndexPilot Publisher plugin on your WordPress site:
Download the plugin from the Setup tab
Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
Choose the downloaded ZIP file and click "Install Now"
Activate the plugin after installation
2. Generate an API Key
In your WordPress admin:
Navigate to IndexPilot → API Keys
Click "Generate New API Key"
Copy the API key (you won't see it again!)
Paste it in the form above
3. Configure Settings
Choose your preferred defaults for publishing articles:
Post Status: Draft, Published, or Pending Review
Default Category: Automatically assign to a category
Author: Set a default author name
Featured Images: Auto-upload from your articles
4. Start Publishing
Once connected, you can publish articles directly from IndexPilot:
Go to any article in your dashboard
Click "Sync to WordPress"
Choose publishing options
Your article will be instantly published!
