Using the Planner
Step 1: Open the Planner
Log into IndexPilot
Select Planner from the menu
Pick the site you want to manage
Step 2: Adjust Settings
Click the Settings (gear icon)
Set how many articles per day to sync (1–10)
Choose whether articles publish immediately or as drafts
Step 3: Enable AutoPilot (Optional)
Use the AutoPilot toggle to let IndexPilot automatically fill your calendar with daily articles
You can still edit article types and instructions before they generate

From Keywords: Select a keyword → Add to Planner → Choose a date and time
From Articles: Take a completed article → Schedule for CMS → Pick a publish date

Customizing Articles
For each scheduled article, you can:
Select article type (Listicle, Step-by-Step, Explainer)
Add custom instructions (focus, tone, audience, special requirements)
Override keyword selection with your own choice
CMS Publishing
Supported platforms:
WordPress → Direct publishing to posts
Webflow → CMS item creation and publishing
Other CMS → Export articles in HTML/Markdown

Can I schedule multiple articles per day?
Yes — you can schedule up to 10 per day depending on your settings.
Can I edit an article before it goes live?
Yes — you can open and edit generated articles before CMS sync.
What if an article fails to publish?
You’ll see an error in the Planner and can retry or reschedule.
Do all team members see the same Planner?
Yes — the Planner is shared across your team, with permissions based on their role.
