Automatically Index Your Website on Google & Bing

IndexPilot keeps your sitemap and site pages up-to-date in real-time — so you rank faster, stay visible, and never miss traffic again.

IndexPilot is perfect for companies who are implementing an SEO strategy involving frequently publishing new content on their website. It will simply help you index your content faster in the search engines, autonomously.

You don’t need to connect a CMS to have success with IndexPilot. IndexPilot technology craws your sitemap every hour, listens for new page URL's and website updates, and submits to the search engines automatically.

Here's how it works:

  1. Connect Your Site - Add your website and we’ll automatically find and verify your sitemap.

  2. Link Search Engines - Easily connect to Google Search Console and Bing IndexNow.

  3. Set Up Integrations (optional) - Easily connect Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify to alert IndexPilot the moment new content is published or updated.
*CMS platform integrations are not required—IndexPilot works out of the box with just Google Search Console and/or Bing IndexNow connected.

  4. Monitors for Website Changes - IndexPilot monitors your sitemap every hour for changes and listens for real-time updates via integrations.

  5. Submit Instantly - As soon as we detect something new, IndexPilot submits your URLs to Google and Bing using sitemap pings and IndexNow.

  6. Track Results - See what’s been submitted, what’s been indexed, and get alerts if anything goes wrong.

Let's get started with setup!

Step 1: Add Your Website

  1. Sign up for IndexPilot and get a 14 day free trial

  2. Enter your website name and domain (e.g., example.com)

  3. IndexPilot will automatically detect your sitemap URL

Step 2: Connect Google Search Console

  1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar

  2. Click on "Google Search Console"

  3. Click "Sign in with Google"

  4. Authorize IndexPilot to access your Search Console

  5. Select the matching property from the dropdown for your site

  6. That's it! IndexPilot will now automatically submit your sitemap to Google whenever new pages are found

Step 3: Set Up IndexNow (for Bing)

  1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar

  2. Click on "Bing IndexNow"

  3. Choose from the following options:

    1. Webflow

    2. Wordpress

    3. All Other Sites

  4. If you have a Webflow site, follow the steps. It's the only way you can setup IndexNow. IndexPilot is currently one of the only solutions for Webflow.

  5. If you have a Wordpress site or any other website, IndexPilot will generate a unique key for you automatically and provide you steps in the app.

How It Works After Setup:

  • IndexPilot crawls your sitemap every hour automatically

  • When new URLs are found, they're instantly submitted to all connected search engines

  • You can track submission status in your dashboard

  • No manual work needed - it's all automatic!

Optional: Connect Your CMS

  • If you use Webflow or WordPress, you can connect them for instant submissions (within seconds of publishing).

  • Without these integrations, IndexPilot still works great - it just checks every hour instead of instantly.
